Flat Roof Job

This Rubber Install was over an old, worn out roof with the price point in mind. We started by taking off the terracotta wall tops and attaching new 2x10 wall plates to the concrete. That was followed by installing new osb plywood from the roof deck to the top of wall plate, leaving us with a smooth clean surface to adhere the wall flash. Next we installed new wood and nailed around the remaining perimeter to attach the new edging. Next, we mechanically fastening 1/2 inch hard board to adhere the new .060 EPDM Rubber. Lastly, this was followed by new drip edge being installed, leaving the building owner with a completed new roof at an affordable price point in mind to keep tenants dry for years to come.
